Overview

MemoirBlock ("we", "us") helps families privately archive memories on a shared timeline. Your stories, photos, and videos belong to you. We do not sell your data or use your memories to train AI models.

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, and authentication data
• Household content: stories, photos, videos, and metadata you add
• Usage data: basic analytics to keep the service reliable
• Payment info: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers

How we use it

• Provide and secure your private household timeline
• Send optional email reminders and digests you opt into
• Process subscriptions and support requests
• Improve reliability and fix bugs

Who can see your memories

Memories are visible only to members of your household (owner, partner, or invited viewers). We do not publish your content or make it searchable on the public web.

Data storage & security

Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL and encrypted object storage) in the United States. Access is protected by row-level security and household-scoped permissions. You can export your full journey anytime from Settings.
