By using MemoirBlock, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant MemoirBlock a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the service for your household.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content or content you do not have rights to share
• Attempt to access another household's data
• Abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds follow our published refund policy and applicable law. Free-tier limits are described on the Pricing page.

Lifetime read-only guarantee

Even if you downgrade or stop paying, your existing memories remain viewable and exportable under our Lifetime Read-Only/Download Guarantee, subject to these terms and continued operation of the service.

Disclaimer

MemoirBlock is provided "as is". We work hard to keep your memories safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintain your own backups via journey export.
