Frequently asked questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 50 stories per year, 1 GB of media, and full access to the timeline, calendar, milestones, and search. No credit card required.
What does partner sharing include?
On Plus and Family, invite your partner to the same private household. You both add entries to one shared timeline, with author labels on each story.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Settings. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period, then move to the Free plan.
What's the difference between Plus and Family?
Both include unlimited stories, partner sharing, check-ins, and journey export. Family adds 100 GB storage, print book export, and read-only invites for grandparents or family viewers.
How do exports work?
Journey export opens a beautiful print-ready HTML version of your timeline. Print book export generates a PDF with year-by-year chapters — ready to upload to Lulu, Blurb, or save locally.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Only your household can see your journey. Media is stored in private buckets with row-level security. We don't sell your data or show ads.
